The Sunshine Mandala Amulet represents the sun, mindfulness, connection and guidance. From Sanskrit, mandala translates to 'circle' in English. A mandala is a cosmic diagram of the universe that represents wholeness. It is a reminder of our connection with the universe, and symbolizes unity. In sacred Eastern wisdom traditions a mandala is used as an image to meditate upon, or as a tool for spiritual guidance. In Kundalini Yoga, "The Long Time Sun" is sung at the end of practice as a closing blessing and prayer:
"May the long time sun shine upon you,

All the pure light within you,
