My overall experience was awesome.
I will love and cherish my fingerprint pendant. It is my mother’’s fingerprint who passed away 04/2024. I will hand it down to my daughter when I pass. I’m sure she will pass it on to my granddaughter when she passes. Thank you Joanne for making this very special pendant for me. 🥰

I recently lost my golden retriever and wanted something special to remember her with. I requested that the paw print photo not be cleaned up, I wanted the fur and rough edges left in so that it really looked like her paw. The pendant turned out perfect,I couldn’t be happier. The final bracelet fits perfectly and the quality is amazing! The original bracelet we ordered wasn’t available with the supplier, and Joanne offered us an alternative option with more gold for the same price as our order. I was excited to find Luxe Design to make my mom's thumbprint charm after she passed. The funeral home options were very costly for similar items. Luxe website was so easy to navigate and it was easy to place my order. At a time when I was crying the most, this made me look forward to having the thumbprint charm close to me heart. Shipping took about 3 weeks, but I received tracking information. All in all, I am very pleased and happy with my charm and purchase experience. Thank you!

Luxe Design was awesome - the piece looks great but not only that, the service was amazing. I had a bit of a difficult order with the mould being slightly damaged and a few requests as I am overseas but Joanne was super patient and accommodating making the entire process extremely smooth. The experience has been amazing!
Joanne is so talented and compassionate! She made a custom adjustment to the Small Cylinder Urn Pendant for Ashes in Sterling Silver - it is perfect! It is exactly what I was hoping for and it holds my Miss Sparkles close to heart and my other sterling medallion. They truly compliment each other - I never take it off!

Arrived safe and sound! I LOVE it with all my heart. Excellent craftsmanship and amazing customer service. Originally, I ordered the initial A, but changed my mind, I sent an email to Joanne and she acknowledged the change right away. I changed it to a W in remembrance of my father who recently passed away. He is always in my heart, but now I'll have him near my heart too. Highly recommend and I wish I could leave a 1000 STARS!
