We need to get your bifocal or varifocal lenses right, this is how it works *
When you order bifoclas or varifocals we send the frames out to you before making your prescription lenses. You will use the frames to take some important measurments. Next, you'll send back your frames free of charge so that we can produce your perfect prescription lenses. We know some other websites don't do this, but we think it's important to get your glasses right. Any questions, please do contact us!

Some people might see more that one PD number on their prescrition. Measuring your PD is important and easy, please see our 'how to measure your PD' help section. If you do not add a PD measurement we will use the standard average 63mm for men and 60mm for women.

Transition lenses are the lenses that darken in the sunlight and lighten in softer light or the dark. They offer both style and convenience, and can help protect your eyes from UV. Our lenses use genuine Transitions technology.

Order your jewellery then reply to your order confirmation email and attach your image. For best results, send a black and white image, the largest size you have. You may email a scan or a photograph of a fingerprint. We can use .jpegs or PDF files.

Create a precious one of a kind personal treasure using your own dog's or cat's paw prints! This pendant includes using your original print and custom lettering around the bottom.

MEASUREMENTS: 15mm wide by 20mm tall (including top bail).

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply purchase the jewellery, then send a photo or scan of a paw print to us. We will edit your image to clean up any messy edges and create a beautiful clean image. Your finished piece has a paw impression you can feel.

SEND YOUR IMAGE:
When you complete a purchase, you receive an automatic order confirmation email. Simply reply to that email and attach your image to that reply email.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PAW PRINT?
We can use a photo of your dog's paw or a paw print image.
To create a paw print, you may purchase an ink kit separately, or use any ink pad or non-toxic paint to create a paw print that can be sent to us. We used dollar store acrylic washable kids paint to take the impression shown in the photos. Take a scan of that print, or take a photo with your phone and email that to us. Please make sure photos are high resolution and in focus.

PERSONALIZATION
Enter your personalization in the space provided. We have A-Z,0-9, &, punctuation and a heart symbol. Please use the "$" sign for the heart character or an emoji if one is available. You may also describe any special layout and mention that you want a Heart where the dollar symbol is in Order Comments on your order. We are happy to do any custom layouts that you want, but otherwise we will just lay the piece out the way we feel is best, using the top and bottom edges.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
3 Weeks plus the time it takes to ship it to you. These pieces are very labor intensive and require a lot of specialized equipment and materials. Once we receive your prints there are many different stages and each one takes time. The resulting pieces are one of a kind, personal and priceless heirlooms. If you need it sooner please choose faster shipping and let us know what date you need it in the order comments.

SHIPPING
Free or Ground shipping is on top of the time it takes to make and takes 2-8 Business Days in North America and up to 22 Days Internationally. There are no additional duties or taxes within North America. We cannot take responsibility for additional import duties and taxes that international shipments incur. Check import fees in your country.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
All of our pieces have our Luxe Design trademark stamp and a quality stamp indicating the type of metal used in the piece and guaranteeing authenticity.
