HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply purchase the jewellery, then email a photo of your pet's paw to us. Please make sure photos are high resolution and in focus.
SEND YOUR IMAGE:
When you complete a purchase, you receive an automatic order confirmation email. Simply reply to that email and attach your image to that reply email.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Up to 3 Weeks plus the time it takes to ship it to you. Once we receive your prints there are several different stages your custom piece goes through, and each one takes time. The resulting pieces are one of a kind, personal and priceless heirlooms. If you need it sooner please choose faster shipping and let us know what date you need it in the additional comments section.
SHIPPING
Shipping times are on top of the time it takes to make. There are no additional duties or taxes within North America. We cannot take responsibility for additional import duties and taxes that international shipments incur. Check import fees in your country.

I recently lost my golden retriever and wanted something special to remember her with. I requested that the paw print photo not be cleaned up, I wanted the fur and rough edges left in so that it really looked like her paw. The pendant turned out perfect,I couldn’t be happier. Communication was great and it arrived within the expected time. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend.
