My overall experience was awesome.

I recently lost my golden retriever and wanted something special to remember her with. I requested that the paw print photo not be cleaned up, I wanted the fur and rough edges left in so that it really looked like her paw. The pendant turned out perfect,I couldn’t be happier. The final bracelet fits perfectly and the quality is amazing! The original bracelet we ordered wasn’t available with the supplier, and Joanne offered us an alternative option with more gold for the same price as our order. I was excited to find Luxe Design to make my mom's thumbprint charm after she passed. The funeral home options were very costly for similar items. Luxe website was so easy to navigate and it was easy to place my order. At a time when I was crying the most, this made me look forward to having the thumbprint charm close to me heart. Shipping took about 3 weeks, but I received tracking information. All in all, I am very pleased and happy with my charm and purchase experience. Thank you!

Luxe Design was awesome - the piece looks great but not only that, the service was amazing. I had a bit of a difficult order with the mould being slightly damaged and a few requests as I am overseas but Joanne was super patient and accommodating making the entire process extremely smooth. Joanne is so talented and compassionate! She made a custom adjustment to the Small Cylinder Urn Pendant for Ashes in Sterling Silver - it is perfect! It is exactly what I was hoping for and it holds my Miss Sparkles close to heart and my other sterling medallion. They truly compliment each other - I never take it off!

I waited a while to finally order this, along with two other charms and I’m so glad that I finally did. This little face looks just like my pup with a heart shaped nose! The quality is excellent. The customer service is great - couldn’t decide whether to go with shiny or matte - the website explained it perfectly as did Joanne. I went with matte and am very pleased. A different review mentioned that these charms are tiny and they are but it allows you to have a few on the necklace and they look great. And while small the detail is excellent!

I'm so glad that I found you on Etsy. I ordered this Guardian Angel pin for my Aunt who is going through her 2nd episode of Brest cancer. I was so upset for her and needed to get her something very special to help her through this horrific ordeal. When the pin arrived it was securely packaged for shipping. The interior packaging was vey thoughtful I felt the love that went into making this piece. So impressed with your workmanship. My Aunt loved it and is wearing it proudly. With her wearing this now and charging it with positive vibes I have faith she will get through this repeat of cancer. Again thank you so much for your beautiful creation so happy I purchased it. <3
