These little hand sculpted lips are double sided, with a pucker on each side! The front is a smooth surface, the back has a couple of pucker lines. The lips charm represents a kiss from a loved one, whether it is meant to symbolize desire and sensuality or the loving kisses of a mother is up to your interpretation.  The gold lips charm has a jump ring that allows you to slide it onto your existing chain.
