This piece is personalized by hand.

Most of our jewellery can be personalized with hand stamping. Although we are very skilled at this, please keep in mind that hand stamping personalization is added by humans, it is not generated by machines or lasers.

Hand stamped letters are slightly imperfect. Therefore, there may be small variations in the placement or depth of the lettering.
Hand stamped lettering aligns with our design aesthetic of deeply personal, hand made jewellery.
In many aspects of our designs, the artist's hand can be seen or implied. We believe this adds warmth to the look and feel of our jewellery.

Truly One of a Kind: While these are widely available today, letter stamp tools were not easy to find when we started our business. Our first collection of hand stamps was collected by Joanne on a school trip to the Boeing Airplane Factory where they were used to mark airplane parts. Each one was selected for it's font and size to create a complete alphabet, but they were not originally from the same set. We still use these stamps today, and we have added to our very curated collection of hand tools and letter stamps over the years.

This Sterling silver Dog Tag Pendant in Large Font can be customized with up to 5 lines of text or numbers. Line 1 is the far right. When viewing the photograph, Line 1 corresponds with the name DAHLIA. Line 2 is 04.01.10. Line 3 is blank. Line 4 is SAMARA. Line 5 is 08.07.07. Please don't hesitate to contact us for questions, or simply write your specific details in Additional Comments. Items are not necessarily shown actual size and may be enlarged to show detail. All screen resolutions are different so please note actual measurements.

BACK STAMPING: Stamping on the back of a piece is optional, and is an additional cost. You can have a different sized font on the back. Under options, please choose only one size font for the back. If you have any special layout requests, please mention them in ADDITIONAL COMMENTS. We can accommodate them as long as they can fit on the charm. Please use the * sign where you would like a dot to appear. If you use any of the following symbols, we will use a centered dot by default: * (asterisk) . (period) - (dash) /(slash). So 10/10/2010 will come out 10.10.2010. (but the dots will be centered vertically). If you really want a dash or a slash, you will need to put that in additional comments. (HEART SYMBOL) If you want to order a heart symbol, please use the "$" sign where you would like the heart to appear. You may also mention that you want a heart in the 'additional comments' box. Letters are only available in uppercase. Your personalization will be spaced in an even, balanced way, regardless of the length of the lettering. If you want the spacing spread out to fill the space or tight with little space between the letters, please let us know in additional comments or we will do it the way we feel looks best.
